Express Enrollment Site
Providers can check patients’ eligibility and enroll eligible patients in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program at www.JanssenCarePathPortal.com/express
Creating an account on the Janssen CarePath Provider Portal at www.JanssenCarePathPortal.com allows providers to not only enroll eligible patients in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program but also view patients' available benefit and transactions, and receive timely alerts and program updates.
Your patients can enroll in the Savings Program by calling 866-836-0114 or by creating their own Janssen CarePath Account where they can enroll in the Savings Program, learn about their insurance coverage for PREZCOBIX®, and sign up for personalized treatment reminders.
